Marci Maddox is Research Vice President for IDC’s Persuasive Content and Digital Experience Management Software program and team lead for the IDC Customer Experience Practice focused on campaign, advertising, marketing and performance coverage aligned to the Future of Customer Experience. Leveraging 20 years in content and experience applications, Marci reviews new technology entrants, like generative AI and immersive media, that influence how organizations create and deliver persuasive content to improve customer lifetime value and reduce the customer level of effort. She conducts research on a worldwide scale including market sizing and forecasting, ROI models, case studies, multi-client studies, and thought leadership projects. Marci holds an MBA in eBusiness, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has worked in global 2000 companies leading product marketing, product management and development roles in cloud, AI, and digital experience technologies.
